This class is for anyone who falls in the 20’s to 40’s age bracket (20-49), which means that you do not have to have any dance experience at all to join this class! In this class, you will learn the basic fundamentals of modern, improvisation technique, build strength and flexibility, grow in musicality, and build confidence in dance. In addition, you will use learned technique in improvisation to process various topics and emotions with God. This creates a space of stillness to hear God’s voice in a new way and experience healing in the mind, heart, and spirit.
Thursdays @ 4:15-5:30 pm (January 29th-April 23rd)
Attire: Leotard or Tight-Fitted Shirt w/ Leggings or Athletic Pants and Socks.
